That was me 4 years ago.My background is in education where I have worked for the past 8 years as a primary school teacher. Despite loving the children, I was becoming increasingly demoralised, my workload was increasing as well as my stress levels . I was time poor, missing out on family life and at 29 I was already thinking ahead to retirement and a pension that wouldn’t be worth what I was expecting. My life was on a constant countdown and I was burning out.So I embarked on a different path to create passive income and redress the balance. I built my own business helping people to lead healthier, more balanced lives, through ethical & conscious commerce. I also coach others to do the same, mentoring them to create their own business that works for them, with substantial time & financial leverage. Through helping others, I have now achieved that leverage myself. Personal development has been the hidden benefit of my journey - I'm passionate about empowering others with the tools for resilience, positivity, confidence & self belief, for success in every aspect of their lives.My absolute focus now is on paying this forward, so that others too can lead the life of their choosing, without having to sacrifice the financial benefits of working 9-5.
