In this role I was able to drastically improve my sales skills through single game tickets, mini plans, as well as full season packages. I completed daily inbound and outbound communication with our season ticket holders, local organizations, and communities via phone and email. I also promoted and scheduled group outings and community partnerships at all sporting events. During my interview, I expressed my passion of both community service and sports. With this, I was given the opportunity to develop a new initiative for FGCU Athletics called, Nonprofit of the Game. With this program we’re able to create long-lasting relationships with local nonprofits as we give them the opportunity to promote their missions to our fans during games throughout the year.

My role within the Eta Tau chapter of Kappa Delta was, Assistant Community Service. Our national philanthropies include, Prevent Child Abuse America and Girl Scouts of America. Our local Fort Myers based philanthropy is the Children's Advocacy Center of South West Florida. Throughout every year we work tirelessly to raise money for all of the organizations we support and to make the biggest impact we can. My role is to assist our VP Community Service in planning, organizing, and hosting each event/fundraiser we have. It is an honor to be a part of something so much bigger than our letters.

On March 3rd, 2018 I was crowned Tampa Bay Woman of the Year. This event is put on through the Westchase Charitable Foundation. WCF is a 501(c)3 non-profit that fundraises year round to give back to families desperately in need, in and around the Tampa Bay area. The can give as little as one dollar and as much as $5,000 to a family per calendar year, but they may revisit a family if they still need it the next year. Tampa Bay Woman of the Year is an 8 week long campaign for usually around 10-15 women to raise as much money as they can. These women raise money through events, auction items, in-kind donations, and through ticket sales both to the event and 50/50 raffles. At 17 years old, in the middle of my senior year of high school, I was able to raise $38,897 for families in need which led me to winning the title. I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to make such an impact on others while it instilled my passion for philanthropy and giving back.
