I am a licensed massage therapist and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). My specialties include manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), deep tissue/therapeutic, hot stone, and cupping.

I currently ensure the organization’s compliance with legal requirements related to human resources practices, help develop, analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements, aid in the development, implementation, interpretation and administration of all personnel policies and programs, establish and maintain employee records and benefits, administer FMLA and unemployment records, conduct interviews and reference checks, and onboard new employees. Additionally, I am responsible for district library bookkeeping functions including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchase orders.

I maintained and processed payroll through Ascentis Payroll software, administered timekeeping, established and maintained employee records and benefits, reconciled and processed accounts payable and accounts receivable through QuickBooks, ran and supported the workplace Wellness Committee, and administered and maintained FMLA records.I helped implement a new timekeeping program, which entailed training staff and management on the new software, implementing new policies, and troubleshooting.
