I provided strategic development and management to our West Virginia AmeriCorps State and National programs with approximately $9.5 million in federal funding, 12 programs and 700 AmeriCorps members at over 150 locations across the state.

Provided group therapy, developed group curriculum, created treatment plans and engaged in individual counseling for students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participated in community outreach through statewide and campus training.

Provided support services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder through communications with professors, modeling organizational and social skills, academic tutoring and mentorship

Provided family support with weekly phone calls, home visits and an open house. Worked with team members to complete a community project for each summer served.

Worked in a campus office that oversees recycling and sustainability projects. Coordinated the 2012 Campus Sustainability Day and Salvation Army Clothing drive. Participated in the 2012 Appalachian Food and Agriculture Summit at Virginia Tech as a representative of Marshall University’s Sustainability Program
