Leading the APNIC Foundation's programs funding Internet for development in the Asia Pacific.Designed and launched a new funding opportunity supporting work at the intersection of Internet development and environmental sustainability. Increased the Foundation’s geographic reach by 24% incorporating 8 new APAC economies into the grantee pool.Devised and deployed comprehensive grants management and due diligence systems to support the Foundation’s fast-growing international grantmaking.

Senior Program Manager (2015 – 2020)Program Associate (2010 – 2015)Developed and activated strategic directions of the largest private funder for the humanities and the arts in the US. Managed a growing national portfolio of cross-disciplinary initiatives. Leveraged peer funder partnerships, facilitating connections between individuals and convening artists and field leaders to inform and develop practices. Project & Financial Management• Tripled size of national portfolio averaging 300 active grants.• Developed and managed multimillion dollar initiatives focused on systemic change including: Comprehensive Organizational Health Initiative; National Playwright Residency Program; New York Theatre Program, and the five largest creation and development regranting programs in the US.Strategic Development & Organizational Change• Supported change management across three Foundation presidents and two strategic plans.• Rapidly identified and responded to individual and field needs arising from COVID-19. • Developed the Foundation’s first grants to the trans, disability, and national Black dance communities. Network & Culture Building• Built a network of advisors to increase collaboration between the Foundation, its grantees, and the wider field. • Started the Foundation’s practice of land acknowledgement. • Collaborated with peer foundations to develop a coding system to measure support for organizations of color, and a NYC-based initiative aimed at strengthening networks and building equitable support systems.Systems Assessment & Development • Led the development of the Foundation’s first online open application, peer reviewed program. • Improved clarity and accuracy of annual program budget management. Mellon Performing Arts Consultant (2010 – 2011)• Assessed narrative and financial reports for dance, theatre, orchestra, opera and technology grants. Improved the framework for review and information sharing, and increased contact with grantees.

Theatre Board, Program Officer (2009 – 2010)- Advise artists on available support and offer guidance in the development of applications; - Oversee and report to the Theatre Board on the artistic and financial operations of multi-year funded youth arts organizations;- Contribute to the Council-wide transition from hard copy to online grant application processes.Community Partnerships Board, Project Coordinator (2008 - 2009) - Manage the curatorial development and national tour of an exhibition by community cultural development organisations across Australia;- Publish an exhibition catalogue and coordinate a series of lectures supporting the exhibition; - Event coordinate the exhibition launch and awards ceremony attended by elders of local indigenous groups, artists, council leadership and government officials. National and International Market Development, Executive Assistant (2007 – 2008)- Collate curatorial manual for the permanent collection of Australian Indigenous work at the Musée du quai Branly in Paris;- Central communication and coordinating point for the Arts Development Division.

Acting was my primary career focus for approximately ten years.  During this time I wrote, produced and performed in award winning feature films and commercial projects, and ensemble-devised theatre and touring productions.
