Business venture raising money through donatons and fundraising events to aid affordable housing establishments within Seoul

Oversaw creating customizable shelves and other storage-related furniture items to aid elders living in slum areas in Seoul (called Jjokbangchons) to use limited space in a more efficient manner; donated to 15 residents; recognized by Korean government for community development

Worked as a public developer using vacant buildings and areas to create co-living/co-working spaces for young adults to access at lower prices; established in 10+ areas in or around Seoul; co-led project in the Dongdaemun area providing co-working spaces for newly emerging fashion/material-related enterprises
