Serve on FSU’s Center for College Life Coaching’s Leadership Team, including program evaluation, program enhancement, and team development. Co-lead Center for College Life Coaching’s annual training and additional training when new coaches are hired, including presentations, discussions, and activities. Build and maintain relationships with roster of 70 to 115 first-generation college students each school year. Meet with roster of students bi-weekly to support them in making the most of their college experiences through connection, collaboration, and action. Maintain documentation of all student interactions. Assist with New Student Orientation through academic policy and procedure presentations, exploratory student advising, and registration assistance. Participate in regular consultation with counselors on cases, including observing sessions. Develop curriculum for and teach two college preparation classes at a local high school. Support a division of thirty-three employees with focused attention on six co-workers. Assist primarily through customer service, strategic planning, advertising, and programming as well as minute-taking, researching, and general office management. Substitute for other secretaries in the offices of Counseling Services and Academic Affairs. Twice recognized as winner of departmental contests for creative ideas.

Manage customer service, advertising, volunteer recruitment and training, facilitation of meetings, designing, programming and a budget of approximately $16,500. Supervise approximately 65 adult volunteers, 75 student leaders, and 175 children for one week. Raised $1370 during camp for World Vision.

Participate in Resident Assistant (RA) selection through group and individual interviews. Facilitate team development, RA team meetings, and one-to-one meetings with RAs. Assist Resident Director with planning, executing plans, and communications.

Participate on co-ed RA team of ten members and managed a floor of residents of twenty-five residents. Assist with move-in and move-out processes, facilitation of meetings, advertising, programming, and student discipline with a building of residents as well as manage a budget of $500 per year. Recognized as Leadership Team of the Year for the 2006-2007 academic year.

Co-manage customer service, advertising, volunteer recruitment and training, facilitation of meetings, designing, programming, and a budget of approximately $15,000. Co-supervise approximately 50 adult volunteers, 60 student leaders, and 150 children for one week.

Serve on a co-ed team of eight interns to assist with the planning and execution of programming for students in kindergarten through high school. Lead a group of middle school students through one week of summer camp out of town, overnight. Establish a ministry for college students.

Lead a group of elementary aged children through all activities of camp for one week. Facilitate group Bible study daily.

Open and close pool facilities and manage the facility's conditions. Supervise swimmers, including children’s swim lessons. Assist clients and guests of the club, both inside and outside the pool facilities.
