About Hannah Floyd

I'm an undergraduate student double majoring in environmental studies and geography! I'm particularly interested in environmental justice, urban planning, and climate communication, and how we can more effectively advocate for both the environment and the people who live in it. I'm looking for opportunities to conduct research and gain valuable experience working in the public and nonprofit sectors. I'm interested in research involving climate change impacts and adaptations to those impacts -- from both ecological and societal standpoints. I hope to expand upon the GIS skills I have acquired in a classroom setting, and to continue to apply my communication experience and creative interests to the environmental sector.
