As a Project Manager at AdkAction, I lead and coordinate various initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life and environmental health of the Adirondack region. With a Master's degree in Natural Resources Conservation - Sustainable Communities from Paul Smith's College, I have the knowledge and skills to design and implement projects that address the challenges and opportunities of rural communities. Some of the projects I have managed or contributed to include the AdkAction's Food Security program, the Adirondack Pollinator Project, and the Clean Water Safe Roads Project focused on reducing road salt pollution in our waterways. I have over three years of experience in the nonprofit sector, working with diverse stakeholders and partners, such as farmers, schools, businesses, and local governments. I have strong attention to detail, communication, and writing skills, which enable me to deliver high-quality results and reports. I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental change, and I value collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.
