I am currently a non-executive director at abrdn PLC, serving on its Compensation, Nominating and Governance CommitteesDuring my 22-year tenure at global financial services firm, State Street, I served as Chief Marketing Officer and a member of its Management Committee. I led strategic initiatives, overseeing communications and client strategy for major acquisitions including Deutsche Bank’s Global Securities Services Business, Investors Financial, and Charles River Development. Achieving a 90 percent client retention rate, I consistently surpassed financial goals.With a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and governance matters and a deep international operating background, I bring a practical approach to navigating complex challenges.
