In this role, I was responsible for driving innovation and evolution of content across all channels for British Airways and IWG. This included working on the launches of digital travel magazine, Bahighlife.com, and Hometowork.com – a content platform for homeworkers.

Business Life is the world’s only dedicated business inflight magazine, while First is the quarterly magazine for BA's first class passengers.

Regus magazine is a monthly, digital b2b title, translated into nine languages and shared across 120 regions via an email newsletter to the magazine’s million+ subscribers.

MO is the glossy magazine for guests of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, while Destination MO is its digital home.

The Club (theclub.ba.com) is the award-winning travel e-zine for British Airways' Executive Club Members. During my time on the magazine, monthly unique users increased by 15 per cent and the title won gold at the PPA Digital Awards, The DMA Awards and the CMAs.

I led a team on the Irish edition of Tesco Magazine, creating regionally targeted content to sit under the core Tesco brand. Readership was 281,000 per issue, making it the second-most read magazine in Ireland, behind the RTE Guide

Heading up Virgin’s in-flight retail magazine (500K monthly readers across 35 countries), I wrote, commissioned and edited stories to meet the brief of increasing on-board sales.
