Project Manager - Department of State Growth, Bass Highway Strategy (2020 - present)The Bass Highway Corridor Strategy – Launceston to Devonport is part of the $280 million Bass Highway 10 Year Action Plan. As PM, Hannah is leading a diverse team to identify potential improvements on this section of the highway that will improve safety for all road users, the efficiency of our freight network and support economic growth.Project Manager - Transurban, Project One, Burnley Tunnel (2018-2020)Through our deep-client relationship and future-ready approach, we were able to secure a direct appointment with our key client Transurban. Stage 1 of Project One aims to identify and understand the human responses to the infrastructure that are contributing to the observed congestion. Under my leadership, our diverse team of researchers, human behaviour specialists, engineers, and digital data interrogators used Aurecon's Design to Innovate methodology to provide a solution to this wicked problem. Member - Project Services Hub (2017-current)As a member of Aurecon's internal project managers group, I provide advice to our own project teams on how to undertake the project management aspects of any project. My strengths are in Safe Design, Project Risk Management, and Project Establishment phase. Project Manager - Transurban, Programme of Works (2015-2020)I have been project manager for a range of programmed maintenance projects Aurecon develops for Transurban since 2015. As the Client Manager (Victoria), I was responsible for coordinating specialists required for each project. I also provided oversight of the Construction Phase Services.

Projects I have worked on include:Project Manager - Transurban, Managing Asset Management Data (2017-2018)Aurecon was engaged by Transurban to assist in exploring the business impacts of the current approach to receiving, storing, validating, and transferring data pertaining to current and future assets. As project manager, I developed a project method that incorporates interviewing and role-playing techniques to explore the experiences stakeholders had with finding and using asset data.Project Manager - Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR), Altona Loop Pre-feasibility Study (2016-2017)DEDJTR commissioned Aurecon to conduct a desktop study of the Altona Loop to determine the key issues, constraints, and risks associated with providing an increased level of public service via the Altona Loop track duplication. As project manager, I led the development of the three concept designs for the rail corridor and communicated the findings with the client. I also wrote the final report presented to the Minister.
