The On-Site Group was formed to formally bring together all of the trading companies the associated Directors operate.The current organisation provides Recruitment services to the Construction, Civils, Highways, Infrastructra, Industrial and Mechanical & Electrical market as well as Technical personnel within the Engineering, Power & Energy, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Rail sectors.The Group also operate a business providing Corporate Telecom Solutions and their cost management.The Group is both dynamic and rapidly expanding with much of its growth attributed to repeat business due to the high quality service each individual company provides to its clients.Reputation is everything and the Directors of The On-Site Group believe we demonstrate this through our commitment to building relationships with our clients as well as Industry Governing Bodies and Training and Quality Control organisations.To this end we have ensured that we operate within strictly controlled parameters set by ourselves and regularly audited by external associations including CHAS, to demonstrate our commitment to both internal and external Health and Safety at work and ISO, to show our focus on constant improvement and consistency of our service delivery. We are also a Corporate Member of the REC (the governing body of the Recruitment Industry) and must abide by their code of conduct and legal compliance and in addition are certified by the B&ES Employment Agencies Alliance.In order to supply specific sectors within the Rail industry we hold the necessary Link-Up approval and our CITB approved CSCS testing centre allows us to ensure that all operatives have the required Health & Safety knowledge commensurate with their trade.It doesn’t matter where you’re coming from.
