The Adventure Park At Heritage Museum & Gardens | Sandwich, Ma

The Adventure Park is a high-ropes/zipline park that serves an average of 300 climbers per day with a daily staff of 15 emplyoyees. My role required me to oversee operations and ensure that the day ran smoothly. Due to this, I wore many hats and my roles included but were not limited to:-Instruction: Ensure that park staff and guests know and adhere to safety guidelines through the facilitation of staff training and delivery of safety briefings to customers-Maintenance: Oversee daily course inspections to make sure they meet safety standards, repair equipment as needed, and maintain a general sense of order and cleanliness throughout the park-Coordination: Work with upper management to help optimize park systems and operations though collaboration and analysis of current systems-Ambassador: Connect with climbers to develop a sense of community and to obtain feedback to improve park processes all while maintaining a positive, welcoming demeanor
