As a consultant, main responsibility was to develop communication strategies in close collaboration with business owners and team members. While primarily focusing on start-up businesses, my role also encompassed elements of marketing and sales. Main client: Nail Democracy

Our goal has always been to combine design, function and quality to get that little extra needed for the products to become the obvious choice for parents and their babies.A break down of my work:Business development:- Business planning- Develope strategies for the business.Production:- Development of new products - Brand identity and Package designDistribution:- To resellers in Sweden and abroad. - Weborders to end customersSales:- Responsible for the Swedish market with approx. 100 resellers- Webshop - Sales reportsMarketing:- Development of marketing material such as products pictures, life style pictutes, content to our social media channels, campaign material, marketing material to resellers. - Responsible for Les Enfants content on Instagram and contact with micro and macro influencers that we worked close with.
