👋 I am a computational biologist at Tempus AI working on cutting edge research to improve cancer outcomes.🧬 I use various statistical and computational approaches to analyze large scale transcriptomics data including bulk RNA and single-cell sequencing, multiome, spatial transcriptomics and whole genome sequencing data, along with relevant clinical or in vitro data. I generate analysis pipelines, conduct in depth data analysis, train predictive and explanatory models, and program new software packages to facilitate downstream analysis👩🎓Formerly a postdoc at Columbia University l investigating genetic mechanisms underlying obesity, diabetes and Prader-Willi Syndrome in the hypothalamus.
