In this role, I oversee and manage between 35-40 projects from contract award through closeout. I oversee projects ensuring that they stay on schedule while driving progress internally and externally. I coordinate with customers and clients as the prime contact with customers.

In this role I work alongside the Midwest Project Management team to help facilitate projects. I initiate customer contact as well as respond to inquiries about projects. Throughout the project I send customers updates on project status and timeline. I coordinate with various departments internally scheduling engineering site visits for projects.

In this role, I work with the project management team and assist them in various ways. I am responsible for purchase order entry and verification, per diem request management, and coordinating travel arrangements for the installation crew.

In this role I am helping the organization to open a new convenience store. I spend most days doing marketing/investigational work into competitors pricing, promotions, and ways to bring in customers. I have also spent time helping set up the store, and meeting clients for social media promotions. Working for a Costa Rican company, I am also learning about.
