As a Research Assistant Professor in the Office for Education Policy, my research focuses on leveraging education policy analysis and quantitative methodologies. I aim to understand the elements that make early childhood experiences beneficial and to illuminate factors contributing to social disparities in early childhood education.Currently, I am dedicated to analyzing and describing the early care and education landscape in Arkansas, with a particular emphasis on the newly implemented LEARNS Act.
