I lead a number of strategic initiatives to create awareness for the sorority through various social media platforms with an average of 2,125 followers and 10,600 accounts reached monthly by leveraging digital technology and traditional forms of advertisement. I effectively present my insights, as well as my ideas, to the executive board along with the rest of the sorority in order to efficiently capture Kappa Kappa Gamma’s core values. I have been given the creative ability to design merchandise for the entire chapter by influencing the members to purchase products that are important for upcoming planned events along with the overall image of the sorority. Mentored three groups of 15 newer and younger dancers from the ages 8 to 13 on how to perform and diversify their skills for future improvement. Taught the proper dance technique related to the different styles of dance in order to enhance young dancer’s unique abilities. Monitored different groups of children during the end of the year dance recital by helping with preparation and backstage work along with promoting safety.
