I aim to provide my clients top notch service in addition to the many other aspects of being a realtor.Market analysis, contract negotiation, liaison to escrow and vendors, bookkeeping, maintain contacts database, creating marketing materials, maintain online marketing, maintain and update company website, maintain Instagram and Facebook page, enter listings and upload photos into MLS, maintain listings on MLS, schedule and maintain advertising, etc.

Responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, vendor inquiries, weekly check runs, account reconciliations, and corporate credit cards on a timely basis and to maintain records in accordance with established accounting practices.

Bookkeeping, marketing, customer service

Performed heavy customer service for 13+ billing attorneys and their clients. Sent out monthly bills and statements, maintenance of account aging and follow-up with delinquent accounts, and also as acted as a liaison for any account inquiries.

Supervised accounts receivable by performing various clerical accounting functions including: data entry of client account information and firm fees and costs, processing firm’s monthly bills and outside vendor invoices, maintenance of account aging and follow-up with delinquent accounts, creation and maintenance of correspondence to any incoming and outgoing account and invoice inquiries, creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets. Duties also included supervision of data entry clerk and assistant to accounts payable supervisor including processing and mailing checks and bank deposits.
