I managed daily schedules for three executive-level financial advisors using Outlook to handle high-volume demands efficiently. One of my key assignments in this role is to supervise a confidential company and client information, while ensuring the security of documents. Along with many other tasks I wrote and edited correspondence, performed contact data maintenance, and processed expense reports.Below listed are my key accomplishments within this role:• Created polished presentation materials tailored to high-net-worth clients and prospects of advisors.• Trained three new hires for ensuring seamless workflow.• Provided unprecedented assistance to three financial advisors and one managing director with over a 1.5B dollar base.

Working with the Media, Visual, and Performing Arts team, my primary responsibility was to offer support to staff, professors, and students. To improve departmental practices and procedures, I conducted surveys and analyzed feedback. I ensured that the faculty and staff adhered to state and college-level policies by conducting audits, and provided guidance when necessary. Additionally, I created helpful tutorials and provided guidance to aid faculty and staff in following procedures effectively.

As a Supervisor, I oversaw a team of 8-10 staff per shift, and was accountable for managing inventory, organizing, and ordering merchandise. I joined the company as an associate in 2013 and was later promoted to Shift Lead in 2014, and eventually to Supervisor in 2016.

Under the Service to the Armed Forces program, I provided assistance to service members' families. I also participated in three campaigns aimed at installing smoke detectors in the homes of veterans. Additionally, I entered data pertaining to contact information of service members' families.
