This is a creative visionary role responsible for planning and executing compelling displays that engage customers and enhance the shopping experience by highlighting seasonal product. This position requires expansive material knowledge, building and installation skills. The Display Coordinator interprets each seasonal concept rollout from Home Office and submits sketches proposing compositional, color or material changes. Once sketches are revised and approved by Home Office, the Display Coordinator is fully responsible for setting weekly goals and staying on top of monthly deadlines and budgets while able to pivot with changing store priorities such as store maintenance projects and collaborations with Visual Merchandising Manager. Display Coordinators must be strategic creative problem solvers, self starters, quick learners, and act as flexible members of the store team while maintaining an independent work load.
