As a Local Childcare Consultant for Cultural Care Au Pair for parts of Santa Fe and Santa Fe County, I provided ongoing support and service to host families and cultural exchange au pairs during their program year. Duties included screening new potential host families, carrying out orientation meetings upon au pair arrival, holding monthly au pair meetings and mediating for conflict resolution when needed.

I oversaw market research conducted by research analysts (and conducted research directly), I structured and wrote fundraising documents for banks and investors and incorporated thought and process from the Managing Director in an editorial role. IMA served clientele across industries and sectors, from start-up and growth funding for private enterprise to feasibility studies for governmental economic development bodies. I accompanied and assisted our Managing Director, Ami Baker, with presentations to clients, interacted with clients actively to cull (and in some cases help develop and strengthen) the core points of their business models, and participated in investor panel coaching for some clients.
