As sustainability specialists for the live events and experiential industry, Worlds Better provides tailored consultancy, education and training on all things event sustainability. In this role, I managed our social media presence, researching and writing blog posts all about sustainability, and events, whilst spotlighting suppliers and best practices. I also supported with project co-ordination and supporting on project delivery for some of our clients, getting to see how the ISO 2012:1 process works, alongside other certifications. I researched and developed an outline and course content for a 60 hour event sustainability course targeted at industry professionals to improve their knowledge, and also worked with the team to develop some internal frameworks at this start-up business: I made improvements to the company's website including a new 'Sustainability' page, created the company guide to the healthcare cover, and developed a profitability framework.

A fulfilling role allowing me to work closely in encouraging student engagement through societies and volunteering activities. A large amount of admin work completed in this role to manage a vast selection of students.

This role involves providing a high level of hospitality to a range of guests visiting the theatre venue for musicals, comedy nights and private functions. This role also involves bar work and serving food.

The role involves working at a children's playscheme, providing safeguarding, first aid and a nurturing enviornment to allow the children to have a positive experience.

My role has involved working on community play events, facilitating play activities for local families to participate in.

My role involved using tills, rotating stock, bringing out new stock, and dealing with customers in the store.
