- Co-founded the first Filipino student-led university association in Hong Kong with other like-minded Filipinos, fostering a vibrant campus community through effective internal and external communications, digital content creation, and experienceinitiatives.- Co-directed and contributed to project-event management, social media content and exposure through video reel editing, copywriting and content marketing, reaching 1,830 new accounts and increasing total followers by 128% in a month.- Facilitated a CUHK information session to 20 Filipino high school students and parents via Zoom, resulting in our recognition and collaboration with University Admissions Office and an increase in university applicants.

- Lead a team of 8 in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for 7 months, including an International Cultural Night and a Beach Hike, providing meaningful avenues for students to connect and increasing association presence.- Directed the team by consistently facilitating strong communication and an open, flat culture ensuring 100% successful completion of all assigned events.- Fostered stronger relationships with other university associations, college office staff, and students resulting in 40% increase in event opportunities, 85% increase in followers, and 100% increase in member registrations.
