I am a dedicated Business Support Analyst with expertise in streamlining processes, enhancing communication, and improving patient care within the Health and Justice Sector A few of my key skills include process improvement, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement, all aimed at driving impactful results in challenging environments.I graduated from the University of Northampton in 2022 with a 2:1 in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. During my studies, I worked as a student ambassador, where I attained my communication and leadership skills. Following graduation, I secured hands-on experience in a Busy Bees early years setting, working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. This role enhanced my teaching and safeguarding abilities, reinforcing my commitment to supporting diverse needs. Currently, I am a member of the JWPM Team, where I assist Health and Justice staff across a multitude of environments with improving IT systems and patient care processes.
