The core of my role includes overseeing Marketing and Sales (M&S)' publishing pipeline, working directly with authors and teams on proposal submissions, reviews, copyediting, visuals, dotcom launch, and promotions. In addition, I manage relationships with our ecosystem of editors, copyeditors, and graphic designers for optimal quality publishing. Additionally, I'm in charge of the development of our amplification and promotions across M&S channels, including working with wider firm publishing to radiate and circulate our content. Additionally, I work directly with our social media agency to develop/execute our social media campaigns and promotions. Here are a few of my key achievements within this role: • Co-developed a new publishing process to streamline, simplify, and effectively communicated what "great" looks like in publishing; launched a new publishing format to drive higher engagement and greater visibility for our partners. • Independently managed one of our largest publishing campaigns, leading to the 3rd most read article in McKinsey in 2021, which in turn led to hundreds of media promotions and spurring client conversations. • Cohesively linked all our articles to meet M&S' overarching goals and themes each year, effectively creating impact to align with our practice's initiatives. • Increased reception of internal publishing alerts to have a click rate and open rate higher than other practices (4% and 22.5% respectively). • Led innovations across our publishing, inspiring other practices to look to us for guidance as they created similar initiatives inspired by our updates. • Spearheaded well-being initiatives for both my team in Tampa and my R&R team, including end-to-end organizing team events for both large and small groups.
