- Manage accounts of all sizes
- Evaluating local market characteristics, trends and drivers
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a
regular and effective basis.
- Train new and/or existing clients on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.com BV with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform.
- Discuss opportunities with partners that will help improve business by using Booking.com BVs internal tool of priority setting;
- First point of contact for accommodation clients, answering questions and queries, taking action as needed.
- Advice accommodation partners regarding their webpages on the Booking.com website and how they can amend data with respect to supply, availability, specials, promotions;
- Providing support to properties or Booking.com BV in building the webpage for accommodations and/or maintaining property information on the Booking.com website
- Looking after IT/administrative related tasks
- Assist credit control in taskes related to invoices and change of ownership.
