My professional journey began during my college years when I worked full-time as a manager at Victoria's Secret. Through a series of frequent promotions, I was often sought after to share my expertise in driving sales through data-driven analytics, not only within my home store but across different markets.Seeking a deeper involvement in data analysis, I transitioned to NBT Bank as an Operations Analyst. Here, I was responsible for generating reports and conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements, both within my department and on a broader scale within the organization. I effectively leveraged tools such as Nintex Foxtrot, IBM Informent, Cognos, and Microsoft Office to create automated workflows, streamline procedures, and enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities. This experience culminated into my promotion to Operations Supervisor, where I managed a team responsible for the servicing of our solar lending portfolio. In 2024, I was expanded my oversight to all consumer loan operations, including personal, real estate, vehicle, student and specialty loans.
