KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Coordinate office prep, order and set up computer and telecommunications hardware, as well as submit software access permissions for 100+ office personnel in a three-week period, annually • Daily payroll entry for up to 100+ supervisors and 400+ craft personnel • Facilitate process improvement by analyzing, reallocating, and streamlining repetitive tasks RESPONSIBILITIES:• As the go-to team member for the "Department That Handles Just About Everything," I possess a proven track record for juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks according to deadline or ownership, and re-focusing in an environment of near-constant interruptions. • Create a "work smart not hard" culture of self-help and personal autonomy, as well as increased efficiency, by designing and administering step-by-step job aids to guide 100+ supervisors through routine tasks such as password resets, mapping computer network drives, printer connections, etc. • Act as liaison between Allied site management and Constellation site management to schedule meetings. • Competently handle electronic and hard copy sensitive personal data according to Allied Power, Constellation, and federal regulations. • Maintain, inventory, replenish, and monitor usage of office supplies for up to 150 supervisors. • Process accurate payroll weekly, amidst continually changing pay rates and fluctuating workforce numbers, using an analog, tiered, hands-on payroll system that comprises multiple data points ripe for human error.
