On 7th March 2024, I founded a company Scrambler Therapy UK Ltd. Why? Because our daughter has incurable condition, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (known as CRPS), she has battled for the last five years with uncontrollable amounts of pain, unable to walk, sleep and act as a normal teenage girl. No friends and isolated she deteriorated to a shadow of our girl. She wanted to die, but through friends we found a small glimmer of hope! I found a therapy in Germany in November 2023. So I took Bethany to try Scrambler Therapy. I had the mindset that if this treatment could reduce her pain by 50% it was a massive win for Bethany and ourselves. Scrambler shocked me and not much does. By day 3/10 treatments Bethany was bending her right leg. This was amazing as she hadn’t done this in 5yrs, she was able to have a restful nights sleep, lay with blanket on her legs all day. Which hadn’t been done before. I knew then how many people this would benefit patients in the uk with chronic neurological conditions. That I had to embark on the journey to deliver the treatment in the UK. So the first step is register the company name and the rest will come❤️

Our daughter started to loose her mobility after banging her right knee on the side of our cooker in February 2019. She first started with pain, swelling and then being unable to weight bare. It took us over 18 months to get a diagnosis. In this time we also has to deal with covid. Her diagnosis in August 2020 was a complete shock and relief. CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) is a neurological condition which causes uncontrollable amounts of pain to a part of the body, it affects the patients ability to walk, function and takes over their whole body. At this time I had to give up work and care for Bethany as she needed 24/7 care, all this during a pandemic was very difficult for us all as a family. Being the type of person I am, I found a way of creating a business that would work around the situation and that’s when View4U Ltd was born. Being a carer is nothing to be ashamed of as our families and especially our children are most important people in our lives. I wouldn’t wish this condition on anyone CRPS is known as the suicide disease as the pain becomes that unbearable that people find they can’t cope with it.
