Former corporate sustainability lead now consulting with businesses on environmental sustainability. I offer everything from baselining carbon footprint, to developing holistic environmental sustainability strategic roadmaps.

Volunteer position. Currently serving as Project Lead for the second cycle of pro bono consulting. Organizations worked with:- Women And Climate (current cycle)- Clean Energy Group

Coordinate overall sustainability strategy to achieve #zerocarbon emissions and natural resource reduction targets at AZ biologics sites. Regional lead, operations site efficiency, product sustainability, renewable energy, responsible supply chain, sustainability reporting, tree planting

1-year rotation into a technical role to learn about plant utilities and lead an energy efficiency project.

Responsibilities Included: - OE Value Stream Lead: building process discipline (not just 'results' but behaviors) into our way of working; coaching of Yellow and Green Belts; implementing use of Human Performance and Lean tools (process mapping, value stream mapping, FMEAs, statistical analysis focused on stabilization, pre-job briefs, after action reviews, etc.)- Human Performance Practitioner: educate the site in how human performance concepts and practices can be used to increase safety, right first time, and create a culture of accountability and ownership. 2016 trained over 200 people; facilitate use of Human Performance tools across the site.

Temporary promotion and developmental role. Responsible for working with senior leadership team and advising on efforts needed to advance lean maturity at the site; overall coordination of site improvement projects and training.

I worked on several projects including time studies, flow charts, and lean layout. My main project for the summer was a tower crane manufacturing analysis for which I used excel to outline global production capabilities. Recommendations for improvement would result in savings of $8 million.
