At BINK, I work directly under the VP of Digital Strategy to help enhance the creative team's offerings and provide supreme customer service to our Fortune 500 clients. As a project manager, I worked directly under the Chief Brand Officer and Chief Creative Officer, and alongside designers, clients, and various vendors to execute full marketing campaigns for global brands. Responsibilities included:• Lead and conduct research efforts for brand positioning to establish initial creative direction and target audience.• Write thorough briefs for creative teams to create print and digital deliverables, and ensure all creative stays within client brand guidelines.• Lead and organize creative meetings and manage internal resources to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.• Spearhead migration and overall structure of company-wide project management and CRM software, training clients and internal team members on overall use.• Build strong client relationships and present creative work for approval or revisions.• Manage team of project coordinators, promoting overall team efficiency and a high quality of work.• Source vendors, resources, materials, and products to execute both print and digital deliverables.

Red Hen Press is the largest independent literary press in Southern California. As the Production Associate for the company, I oversaw both the design and editorial teams through the production process, working with authors, the Publisher, and the Managing Editor to create marketable books. Responsibilities included:• Manage author relationships and book production process, ensuring project completion in a timely, appropriate manner.• Act as the liaison between the Managing Editor, Publisher, designers, authors, and sales representatives to execute the creation of marketable covers.• Perform quality assurance of all design and editorial work to produce print-ready books.• Design book covers and interiors using the Adobe Creative Suite.• Maintain relationships with various printers and EPUB converters to produce print and electronic books as economically as possible. • Track and file all deliverables from authors, including final manuscripts and contracts, to maintain the publication schedule.
