As well as my responsibilities as classroom teacher I:- Lead a team of Grammar teachers.- Monitor and evaluate the impact of stand alone grammar lessons.- Understand the literacy requirements of all GCSEs.- Collaborate with local feeder schools to ensure KESH is meeting the literacy needs of all learners. - Organise Whole School Literacy events.

- Recruited, trained and supported over 300 student volunteers from Oxford's two universities in becoming tutors in 7 local secondary and 5 local primary schools.- Managed a student team of 20 volunteers coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the project throughout the year.- Collaborated with senior leaders from local primary and secondary schools to create projects which matched the needs of their pupils.- Shared best practise with local Schools Plus teams across the Student Hubs network.- Lead the organisation, marketing and running of the Oxford Education Conference where over 100 delegate debated issues surrounding educational disadvantage with speakers including Lord Andrew Adonis and Professor Danny Dorling.
