Manages day to day needs of the program team, assists donors and clients to ensure they have a wonderful experience working with Together We Rise, attends local and national events as needed, manages and updates Excel sheets and Copper CRM System, provides excellent customer service to all potential and current clients, assists with event coordination and execution for Together We Rise as well as potential and current clients, makes daily calls to customers who have made online inquiries to provide more information on our programs, and creates and ships “thank you bundles” to our donors and customers that participate in our programs.

Telephone contact and followed up with prospective customers who have expressed interest in CDF investments, tracked customer contact in CRM software, tracked pending new investment applications until completed, telephoned customers with renewing investments for the purpose of investment retention, assisted call-in customers who want to renew their investments, provided backup for other Investment Coordinators, as needed, input completed new investment and renewal information into Phoenix software program, posted daily investments, withdrawals, ACH transactions, incoming and outgoing wires, processed incoming checks for deposit to Bank, distributed incoming emails and faxes, provided general clerical support to the Investment teams, and performed special projects and duties as assigned.

Assists in the numeric growth in the undergraduate programs, participates in and off-campus recruitment and marketing efforts aimed at increasing prospective students for the University, coordinates activities and services relating to the recruitment of prospective students, and assists in the admissions process of applicants to the University.

Built partnerships within the Brea community, planned and executed all in store events and catering orders, managed all social media accounts including; Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter, and installed point of purchase (P.O.P) materials.

Managed a group of nine interns, met with them on a weekly basis, helped them pre-plan their assigned events, met with my adviser weekly, managed the overall budget, organized time cards, and put on about 40 events a semester.

Shelved books, assisted patrons with locating books, managed the printing systems, processed incoming donations, and organized book shelves.

Planned an annual event called Happy House where over 3,000 families come, oversaw about 200 volunteers, established 10 committee heads, and managed the budget for the event.
