Within two months of arriving at Unicef I had revived several projects that had stalled due to lack of available resource. I delivered on the first two by August, delivering a new automated work request system and reviving a third party compliance audit. By 6 months I had delivered a new restructured pipeline, portfolio and project management framework plus methodology and associated template documents and training workshops for the Data Management team. By December I gathered together all the various initiatives to do with SMS donations and managed the process to claim over £500,000 of gift aid on historical donations as well as designing the new system to integrate SMS donations and gift aid claims into the new CRM system. I then started running the GDPR compliance project; a cross-organisational piece of work that aims to ensure adherence to the new model by developing a bespoke, pragmatic approach to the legislation which builds supporter relationships and gain trust.

Running a nation-wide data transformation project. Transforming multiple spreadsheets and Databases into an integrated CRM, Membership and Financial Management system. Includes training, communication, data migration, business and technical analysis.

Working for the Information Systems department, implementing IT and data programmes of £500,000 +. Last programme included updating the information recording system, including successful implementation of ContactPoint.Current Programme implementing large Shared Digital Events Management/Fundraising System.

Managing various IT system and data projects connected with compliance with secure payroll regulations from Sarbanes-Oxley - workflow management and secure payment engines.

Coordinating several teams of contractors for an IT, telephony and data project as part of a large-scale office relocation.

Started as a Project Administrator in Group Finance working on Group Financial Reporting transition to SAP Accounting/HR. At the same time, was selected to be the project assistant for the Global desktop project. When the project closed, I want on maternity leave for 3 months. Came back to Barclays in Group Risk team as assistant to the CIO for Group Risk. Initiated and carried out several small projects within this role to maximise Group Risk's efficiency and to save budget. Trained in risk levels/types and risk reporting/compliance. Moved to Barclays Solutions, the in-house project management team and trained in project management. Assigned to the Canary Wharf Head Office Programme, in charge of the Central Functions move. Trained in Prince 2 to practitioner level.
