My journey at Golden Reserve & AlerStallings has consisted of Retirement Planning, Marketing, Management and Recruitment. Having first hand experience in these rolls gives me the upper hand in finding the appropriate talent for continuing to build a power house team.As a Recruiting Coordinator at Golden Reserve and AlerStallings, Partnered with our Recruiting Manager, I am responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding process for various roles in the retirement planning and estate planning industries, using Predictive Index, Research Based Solutions, Paylocity.I plan and execute events throughout the year, from corporate events to team outings. Between my life and in job experiences I strive to make a lasting impression on our guests, clients and employees.In my spare time I'm a full time soccer and softball mom, holding a seat in our local soccer program's board of directors. I enjoy crafting, spending time with my family and boating & fishing at my local lake.
