I’m an experienced Service Desk Manager with a demonstrated history of supporting First, Second and Third-line functions. My last 2 years at TLT have focused on leading a team of 10 analysts, whilst directly line managing 3 of them. Driven by constant learning and improved proficiency across a wide range of tools, I am often involved with developing IT processes and functions to ensure we are getting the most out of our team and providing a high level of service to our users. Due to my effective time-management skills and commitment to my goals, I am known for my diligence towards work, where I am consistently delivering levels of productivity above the expected level. Degree-level educated and with an ever-growing desire to learn and build on both new and existing skills, I recently qualified with a Foundation and Practitioners certification in Agile PM and am now successfully entering the Closure phase of my first IT Project, which delivered a Comparison software replacement to the business.
