Hi there, thanks for connecting!In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist I'm able to impact peoples lives by connecting them to new opportunities. My role specializes in placing candidates internally within various departments located in Austin, San Marcos, and Galveston. I've had 8 years of experience in customer service, and I have outstanding interpersonal skills. I have held leadership positions everywhere I've worked, but I've especially enjoyed cultivating relationships. I enjoy teaching people, sharing my expertise, and watching them grow. Having skills in leadership and customer service, while having great work ethic has led me to succeed in my past professional endeavors. I believe my continued growth will only help me achieve new horizons while working in the recruiting and staffing industry. When I'm not working I enjoy being outdoors with my dogs. Whether we're at the river, the dog park, or going on a hike I always find joy in nature. When I make the time I enjoy traveling with family and friends, and I'm always on the lookout for the next adventure.
