Hannah Leone Several years ago, I had the pleasure of spending time with Hannah in Prague, Czech Republic, where she was participating in an Integrated Marketing Communications course I was teaching at Charles University, which focused on the pursuit of acquiring New Business by an advertising agency. Please let me explain. Hannah was part of a mixed team of American and Czech students working together for a two-week period. During this period, the students also worked with McCann-Erickson (Prague) and Nestle (Prague) to prepare a very comprehensive marketing communications plan for one of Nestle’s key brands in the Czech marketplace. The intent was to create a “real world” client/agency experience for the students, and the results were exceptional. During the two-week period, I can say without any hesitation that Hannah was very quick to successfully integrate herself into the team, and to take a proactive leadership role in a very intense working environment. She definitely had a positive effect on her team members…….and earned their respect. During the development of the work, she was a significant contributor, which was definitely acknowledged by her teammates, by the staff of McCann-Erickson, and Nestle. She was also a confident and excellent presenter. Based on my time with Hannah, it is my expressed opinion that she would eventually be a valued member, and an asset to any company who had the opportunity to recruit, and employ her.
