• Working on the Opportunity Ready project to help 16-25 year old young people with complex barriers into EET• Specifically assisting young people within North and Mid Essex with mental health issues, physical disabilities, SEN, low basic skills, long-term unemployment, and of ethnic minorities on a bespoke basis• Teaching and assisting with CV writing, job searching technique, and interview skills on a one-to-one basis• Developing long-term action plans for young people currently in mental health units or care homes• Attending events, inductions, and employer/education visits alongside young people for support• Building confidence around budgeting, travel training, career planning, and coping strategies• Planning and delivering Zoom sessions on employability to small groups of young people countywide• Assisting the Keep In Contact team with calls to school leavers, NEETs, and young people in EET• Referring or signposting onto relevant organisations for further support when appropriate• Liaising with other organisations and attending local events and meetings to promote service• Resource creation and upkeep of own data and admin to record and analyse own work

Frinton-On-Sea

Attending promotion events and relevant meetings with other employment agencies, such as JCP.Study Programme:Working with 16-19 year olds in Ipswich and Southend to help them towards a range of different qualifications, such as Functional Skills, Sexual Health Awareness and Work Skills. Currently developing a level 1 qualification in Investigating Enterprise Skills.Also helping to develop a VLE for the Education directorate in Essex to help learners improve their online skills and work together within an online environment.
