-Administrative support to the Pharmacology Department Head -Manage service contracts and renewals for CORE lab equipment-Lead planning and oversee execution of department events-Manage digital signage boards for department by creating and maintaining content-Assist Pharmacology faculty with promotion and tenure process

-Support of programs led by clinical chief and assist in support of program implementation-Arrangement of guest lecturers itinerary and travel organization-Prioritization of appointments and complex calendar scheduling-Submitting travel and miscellaneous expenses for reimbursement and honorariums for visiting speakers-Responsible for coordinating meetings, arranging conference rooms and preparing and disseminating meeting materials -Event Coordination including vendor meetings, managing guest lists and execution of event-Assists during the on-boarding of new faculty including creation of on-boarding itinerary -Liaison for the Minnesota Heart Health Program and other state cardiovascular disease prevention outreach activities -Collate program information such as contact lists, work activities and timelines

I worked with key stakeholders from the City of Richfield and the City of Bloomington on the Richfield Dementia Friends Action Team as an intern. I helped create logo options, assisted with the design and creation of the Dementia Resource Guide and the Executive Summary of the findings from a recent community needs assessment and attended monthly meetings. This internship was a valuable look at the needs of community members who support those living with dementia and working with others on a common mission to help ensure that Richfield is a "Dementia Friendly City".
