As a Direct Care Specialist my duties are to care for individuals with various disabilities. I would help them take medications, make sure they got to appointments on time, and complete various care tasks. As a Job Coach it is my job to help interested individuals in preparing for and finding employment. When individuals were employed I would help teach them skills that would help them remain employed.

In technical support it was my job to help those that were having trouble with their home security system. I would assist them in finding and resolving any issues with the system, take monthly payments, explain the functionality of the equipment. Oftentimes, I would help de-escalate upset customers, and reassure them that I would be able to resolve their issues.

As a Lead Consultant I was in charge of helping people discover what essential oils might be good for them, answering questions about the oils, and helping them enroll into doTERRA. My duties included: sending in daily/weekly reports, training the team on new materials, and coaching the members of the team when they needed correction.

As a Special Events Consultant my duties were: get in contact with prospective customers, consult with them about the colors and style of their formal wear, and to assist them in scheduling an appointment at their local Tailored Brands store.

As an Overnight Cashier I was cross trained, not only to be a cashier, but to be an Overnight Stocker. My duties consisted of: helping people purchase their groceries, organizing the front end of the store, keeping the impulse items stocked. All while leaving an impression on the customer to promote future business.
