Responsible for providing resources for and advising on youth-led social justice campaigns, as well as stewarding donations for our international development program, WE Villages. Responsible for day-to-day operations of our Challenge the Gap programme, which is breaking the link between poverty and poor outcomes through school-to-school collaboration and challenge. Developed an understanding of program implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. Supported on program marketing and communications, including writing blogs, case studies, website content and copy for promotional materials.

Produced research paper outlining the rationale behind Future First's mission for engaging with potential funders. Future First supports state schools to build effective alumni networks.

As an English Language Assistant for two primary schools in Martinique, I prepared and led daily classes of between 10-30 pupils and led a 'language week' of extra-curricular language activities for all pupils and staff.
