I maintain the smooth and effective flow of work, providing administrative and ad-hoc duties including handling the accounts and lead tracking system.I primarily assist the 5 directors of 6rs; managing their diaries, organising meetings and providing a helping hand when needed. I also provide project management assistance to the directors by keeping on top of project progress with regular customer contact and tracking timescales.I support customer relationships being the first point of contact to all clients, with both written and verbal communications. I help to solve any queries or issues clients may have which involves staying on top of projects and attaining a high level of understanding of project leaders and team members.I am also responsible for the creation of bespoke company documents for internal and external use. These include producing personalised guides, copy writing for branded documents and creative writing for marketing letters and blog posts for both clients and 6rs. Similarly, I supply social media management on a daily basis for our company Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest pages as well as those for our marketing clients. I also have opportunities to play a part in several creative projects which have included designing patterns, contributing to logo design, creating brand tag lines and supporting event planning/management.I enjoy working with the dynamic 6rs team as no two days are the same and I have formed great relationships with all of #team6rs members.
