Providing PA support to London based Banking Directors including the Managing Director. Typical PA duties performed alongside assisting the Banking Teams where required.

Currently supporting the Deputy Chief Executive following his role change from Managing Director, Commercial Banking.

Responsible for daily complex diary management, extensive client liaison, making travel arrangements, creating travel itineraries and will manage email inboxes.Additional duties include preparing various papers for board meetings, uploading expenses and arranging invoices to be paid to our external working partners. On a daily basis I am exposed to highly sensitive and personal information relating to the business and to our high net worth individuals.Based in the CEO office, I provide support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and when required, perform administrative duties for other members of senior management staff across each department.
