Senior Brand Program Manager, Q2 Stadium
CurrentManaging the comprehensive brand partnership for Q2’s Stadium sponsorship. Amplifying the Q2 brand through total contract sponsorship management by working in partnership with Austin FC and all Q2 internal stakeholders including the People & Culture, Events, Brand Marketing and Sales teams, to ensure we achieve the goals and commitments of the multi-faceted sponsorship program. • End-to-end total project & contract management • Facilitates execution of the Austin FC Q2 Stadium sponsorship program, in association with the People, Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams, to maximize the benefit of Q2’s sports sponsorship program• Manages activities in partnership with external groups, including the Austin FC team, to maximize the value of the Q2 Stadium sponsorship• Collaborates with the Marketing Communications team – PR, Social Media, Thought Leadership – to maximize awareness and exposure of Q2’s sponsorship of Austin FC• Designs measurement and ROI evaluations to help assess program success• Drives program and project management support for the numerous campaigns, events, initiatives and engagements between Q2 and Austin FC• Delivers ongoing communication updates and presentations to many levels of leadership within Q2, sharing updates on status and tracking progress towards goals to both Q2 and Austin FC• Updates and maintains Q2's Stadium sponsorship master events schedule and related activities• Coordinates integrated campaigns with Sales Relationship Managers, Project Managers, Austin FC, Community Groups, etc.• Builds strong partnerships and working relationships with internal and external constituents• Ensures every aspect of Q2’s sponsorship delivers maximum benefits and outcomes• Captures insights and feedback from internal cross-functional teams to continuously improve efforts and results
