There is a highly collaborative role, working closely with HR Ops, Compensation, Global Reward, HRIS, Payroll. I support a broad range of business functions, including Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, Product Engineering and Corporate Functions.

Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Benefits engagement through benefits review, communication/education, launch and test of a new benefits portal• TUPE transfer and integration of UK based population, including engagement activities and manager training sessions• Partner and coach managers through the full employee life cycle including a range of ER activities (disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, sickness absence), performance management and compensation decisions• Ensuring that policies, procedures and working practises are in line with UK legislation, staying up to date with any changes and educating international colleagues to ensure we are compliant
