Talent acquisition and digital marketing: - Led multi-channel attraction and recruitment campaigns across 20+ countries.- Launched AXA's global online game The Great Global Adventure (48,000+ players; 221 countries and territories) and first Global Graduate Programme Campaign.- Award wins for Best Graduate Campaign, Best Recruitment Website, Campaign or App.

Accountable for development and delivery of UK employer brand, social and digital HR strategy, online recruitment marketing channels and HR digital transformation. Member of Resourcing Board and HR lead on Digital and Multi Access Community, advising on broader resourcing and business transformation agendas. Launched responsive design careers site and social media channels for attraction. From July 2013, conducted split UK and global role, advising on employer brand and digital resourcing strategy for AXA Group.

Responsible for development and implementation of strategic people plans to support delivery of AXA’s business goals, including large-scale reorganisation. Managed team of experienced HR Business Partners working across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines Intermediary and Corporate Partnerships insurance businesses.

Generalist HR Manager at Bluefin Insurance Services, wholly owned by the AXA Group. Responsible for driving business ownership of people strategy. Provided coaching and technical guidance on employee relations matters; OD and M&A / TUPE activities; restructures and relocations. Led large scale projects, including implementation of flexible benefits from design phase to roll-out, with 94% employee take-up rate at launch. Led harmonisation of employee benefits to single providers, including move to pension salary sacrifice, leading to significant year on year cost savings. Partnered legal team on hive-up of legacy broker businesses in line with launch of Bluefin brand.

Multi-site HR responsibility for Siemens PG Control and Instrumentation Engineering and IT solutions divisions. Worked on UK-wide projects as part of wider HR Business team. Generalist activities included integration of ICIS Technology Limited into Siemens PG following acquisition; recruitment and selection; development of policies and processes to comply with Sarbanes Oxley, EFQM and ISO 9001 quality guidelines.
