More4apps creates software for international fortune 500 and 1000 companies, which quickly and easily bridges Microsoft Excel and Oracle E-Business suites. • Manage the focus of the CRM and the enhancement process for it. Initiated and manage companywide CRM ‘Chew the Fat’ stakeholder sessions. Held on a monthly basis; these sessions create a forum to discuss any issues, suggestions and changes that have occurred in the past month or will be happening going forward within our CRM Salesforce. • Worked with our Data and Reporting Analyst on building standardization of data in Salesforce and how we can make this easy for the user interface of our Sales and Pre-sales. Through this work and documentation created, the sales team have been actively cleaning their data. This data standardization feeds into the Scoring of leads and working towards accurate reporting on marketing ROI. • Actively strived to increase the number of valuable fields in our Salesforce Marketing Automation tool Pardot to assist with targeting and segmentation. Most recently I have created ten dynamic lists based on the Oracle Footprint field in Salesforce and contracts customers already have. • Negotiated and implemented Pardot Marketing Automation into the company software stack and marketing strategy. This implementation included the creation of training documentation and in-person demonstrations for relevant team members. Stakeholder buy-in from the broader management team as well as the sales team to ensure they understood the value the software would bring to the broader company was a strong part of ensuring the success of adoption.The More4Apps website is a marketing tool for prospects but also the most frequently used channel to download our software. I lead the project for the website rebuild under the sponsorship of the CEO. Key to the success of this group is the stakeholder management and communication – all of the 5 shareholders are software tech heads, so merging their key focus along with the knowledge we have of our customers’ expectations is a challenge.

- Setting up with required resources at either the inhouse venue or off site at guests houses.- Planning an outline of the party by determining activities suited to the desired theme and the indicated composition/needs of party guests. - Adopting a themed character in line with the outlined expectations to engage the party attendees with planned activities. - Using initiative and problem solving to be flexible with the running of a party. This would include adjusting the schedule if needed or altering activities to better suit the party guests and maintain their engagement.- Responsible for managing 10-25 children at each event. - Liaising with guardians to ensure that their expectations were also being met. Through ensuring I built these relationships over the course of the event we saw an increase in customers booking parties through word-of-mouth. - Awareness of health and safety policies to ensure these could be communicated and enforced with guests.- Wrote, directed, performed and marketed a Christmas themed children’s show held at Magical Garden for 3 years. This was presented to around 350 kids over one week each year.- Performed a 30-minute slot at the Special Kids Christmas Party held annually in Hamilton to 5000 people.
